I'm Ashley B. Harrington, founder of Next Chapter MBA. As a Wharton Alum and strategy professional, I've spent the past decade at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) supporting MBA applicants through one of the most important investments of their careers. During this time, I've worked closely with admissions professionals at M7 business schools, experienced coaches, and leading test-prep experts to help candidates build stronger applications and pursue their goals with confidence.

My approach goes beyond essays and resumes. I help applicants gain personal insight, develop a thoughtful admissions strategy, and confidently navigate every stage of the application process—from test prep strategy and school selection to leadership narratives and application execution. Every recommendation is tailored to each individual's unique experiences, aspirations, and strengths.

I founded Next Chapter MBA because I believe every applicant deserves personalized guidance, honest feedback, and a trusted partner throughout the admissions journey.
